About Flow:
We are a diverse team of health and psychology practitioners located at this calm and welcoming clinic in the coastal town of Sawtell.
We pay respects to the traditional custodians of the land, the Gumbaynggirr People, and recognise that sovereignty has never been ceded.
At Flow, we offer a wide range of services including individual psychotherapy with a team of psychologists, social workers and counsellors, and a diverse range of therapeutic approaches. Flow is also home to practitioners providing physical therapies, Clinical Nutrition and Remedial Massage.
We believe that everyone holds the key to their own healing potential and that the role of the clinician is to guide and support this unique journey of recovery.

What are your clinic's operating hours?Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. For any inquiries outside these hours, please contact us via email.

Do you offer online sessions or courses?Yes, we offer Zoom sessions and online courses to accommodate clients who prefer remote consultations. This allows flexibility for those who cannot visit our clinic in person.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. For more details, please contact the individual practitioner.

Can I see someone under Victims Services, Workcover or A Mental Health Care Plan?Please contact the individual therapist for information and advice about funding streams. Although most Psychologists and Social Workers will provide a medicare rebate with appropriate referral, not all will see people under Victims Services or Workcover.

What therapeutic approaches do you offer?We offer a variety of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, CBT, EFT, Mindfulness, and ACT. Our team consists of psychologists, social workers, and counsellors who are trained in these methods to support your journey to wellbeing.

How can I book a session?You can book a session by contacting the practitioner you would like to book with directly. Some practitioners have online booking. All practitioner's details are listed on the Practitioner and the Find us pages.
